The best way to get videos of puppies moving is to be laying flat on the ground.  This is not as easy as these puppies make it look.  It's not uncommon to have to take numerous videos to achieve one video that works.  The puppies will run the opposite direction, sit down, run to the camera person because they LOVE them and have to see them NOW.  So be patient!
