Application Process

 

As the first step in adopting a puppy from Moonlit Acres, we ask that you pay an application fee in order to be added to our puppy wait list. This application fee is non-refundable, and 100% is applied towards the adoption fee for your puppy. The application fee is used to secure your reservation for a puppy from one of our litters. When making your deposit please reference the desired litter and gender of preference.  Puppy selection takes place in the order in which the deposits are received.  Moonlit Acres always reserves the right to retain both males and females as needed for breeding prospects.

The application fee can be paid via check or money order mailed to our office, a wire transfer to our bank account, or via credit card using PayPal’s online processing service. A PayPal account is not necessary to make your payment via that method. The deposit is $500 USD when made via check, money order, or wire transfer, and $515 USD when made via PayPal. Deposits made via PayPal apply $500 towards the adoption fee of your puppy, and $15 towards PayPal’s transaction fee.

By sending an application fee you acknowledge the terms stated above. Please do not place an application fee down until your application has been approved.  Once you've sent your deposit in please be sure to email me and let me know that you've placed a deposit and how you placed the deposit.
